Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in specific cases such as:

● Wrong product delivered
We do not accept returns for change of mind due to the nature of refurbished electronics.
Return Timeframe:
You can request a return within 15 days after receiving your order. After this period, return
requests will not be accepted.
We recommend checking your TV immediately after delivery to report any issue on time.
Condition for Returns:
To be eligible for return, the product must be:
● Returned in original packaging
● With all accessories included
● In the same condition as received
● Without any physical damage caused by the user
Missing items or damaged returns may not be accepted.
Refund Process:

Non-Refundable Cases:

Shipping Return Responsibility:
